How to use:  Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin, focusing on areas prone to muscle tension, such as feet, legs, shoulders and back.  Massage gently into the skin until fully absorbed. Use daily or as needed for relief and hydration. For best results, apply after a warm shower, or bath to allow for maximum absorption. 

For migraines, apply to the head and neck as the migraine is coming on. For anxiety, apply to your heart space as needed. Ensure to avoid the face, delicate skin and any broken skin areas due to the high concentration of magnesium in our product.
