Shipping policy

PACKAGING

We proudly ship all our products in 100% zero-waste materials, without any plastic tapes/labels/stickers/bubble wraps etc. We use only cardboard boxes, paper fillings, and paper tapes/stickers and are biodegradable or home-compostable. Our thermal labels are BPA-free and are recyclable.

LEAD TIME

Our usual lead time is 2-4 working days or up to 5 days during busy times such as Mother's Day, Easter, Summer Holidays & Christmas. We will prepare your order as soon as possible and send it using your chosen shipping method.
